A family owned and operated business, Today’s Beauty Supply has been part of Alton’s Little Mexico neighborhood for nearly 20 years. This is why the shop offers the hottest products for the latest trends in African American hair, cosmetics, lashes and more. Beyond the trendiest products, owner Benjamin Golley, his sister Angela Grubb and his son Jordan Golley offer something else: friendly service and knowledgeable advice to help you look your best.

Today’s Place
With the goal of mentoring, tutoring and building relationships within the Alton community, Benjamin opened Today’s Place, which is connected to Today’s Beauty Supply. The community space hosts a variety of neighborhood events, including meet-and-greets with local police officers, Boys & Girls Club activities, and student mentorship programs with the YWCA and Alton Corps of the Salvation Army.
